Un véritable restaurant gastronomique avec une cuisine osée, ingénieuse et inventive. La chef joue autant sur les goûts que sur les textures en même temps qu'elle nous plonge dans leur concept philosophique de l'arbre de la vie. Le lieu est sublime ! Il y a des œuvres d'art à chaque recoin, toutes apportant du sens au-delà de leur beauté intrinsèque. N'hésitez pas à demander un tour des lieux. Il s'agit ici d'une expérience plus que d'un restaurant. Le prix est effectivement en accord avec le niveau, qui n'aurait rien à envier à un restau parisien étoilé.

Truly cannot do our experience at La Vida justice. The hospitality is unmatched. From the moment we entered the gates, we were warmly welcomed by the SB team. After being escorted to the front door of the hotel, we were lead into the bar room for a welcome cocktail, which was perfectly balanced and an amazing way to start the evening. The dinner itself (we did the 7 step) was in a beautiful and airy dining room. The menu was inventive, and refreshing - especially when you have been having steak every night in Mendoza! We enjoyed every minute inside Susanna’s home, which is now one of the most beautiful hotels you can imagine. We were given a tour after dessert, and you can immediately tell that no detail was spared. From the art to the furnishings, every room and piece had a story. We will be back! Of course, the wines were also remarkable and so was the service. Thank you for a memorable night!

Excelente experiencia!! Increíble el servicio. Los platos deliciosos basados en el concepto del hotel. Probamos el menú de 7 pasos acompañado de los vinos en cada paso. Espectacular desde el ingreso al hotel. Cada detalle cuidado al máximo. Lo recomiendo mucho.
